The heated outdoor swimming pool is a fantastic feature.

The room I stayed in was excessively warm, and when I requested assistance, the staff suggested opening the window, but that led to a swarm of bugs entering. The unhelpful response from staff regarding the bugs left me feeling frustrated. the noise from barking dogs outside disrupted the peace I was hoping for during my stay.

I loved how central the location was, making it easy to access ski lifts and local shops. The in-house Michelin-starred restaurant offered an exquisite dining experience, with unique tasting menus that elevated each meal. After a day on the slopes, I truly enjoyed unwinding in the heated outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by beautiful mountain views.

easy parking

the reception staff was super helpful even when we got there late. breakfast was great and everyone working there was really nice. the location is fantastic and parking was so easy, which is a big plus. the gym and pool were good too, loved the spa!

Awesome location with great amenities

We enjoyed the fantastic central vibe here! The breakfast spread was impressive, and the staff really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The pool looked amazing too! Just a heads up, though, the drinks near the bar are seriously pricey. Still, we had a great time chilling out!
